Better Life Realty of Florida, LLC is a privately owned and operated full service real estate brokerage headquartered in Apopka, FL and is licensed in the state of Florida as a real estate brokerage corporation with the Department of Professional Regulation and as a Limited Liability Company with the Secretary of State. Better Life Realty of Florida, LLC is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Our Broker

Jerry Clinebell is the founder and qualifying broker of Better Life Realty of Florida, LLC. He has continually been licensed in Florida as a real estate broker since 1976. Over his 40 plus year real estate career he has been either the listing agent or the selling agent for multiple classes of real estate including, single family homes of various sizes, vacation rental properties, free standing and in-line retail space, large scale multi-family communities, build-to-suit endeavors, and vacant land parcels. Acting both as a broker and a consultant, he has gained considerable knowledge and experience in construction, site planning, land use, leasing and property management, investment analysis, and highest and best use analysis. In addition to being licensed real estate broker, he has been licensed as a real estate instructor, a certified residential appraiser, and a mortgage broker. He has been an active member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association since 1986.

Consistent with this idea, at Better Life Realty of Florida we see ownership of real property as being integral to everyone living a Better Life.
