Growing up, my family was in the real estate, mortgage financing, and construction businesses so I've been exposed to these interrelated industries for most of my life. In fact, many of my family members still own and operate businesses in these industries. I obtained my real estate salesman's license once I turned 18 in 1975 followed by obtaining my broker's license one year later in 1976. (At that point, I may have been the youngest licensed real estate BROKER in the state of Florida.) I've been licensed and practicing as such ever since. Throughout my 40 plus year career I've been: a licensed certified real estate appraiser, a licensed real estate instructor, and a licensed mortgage broker. I've had the opportunity and good fortune to serve the real estate needs of individuals, governmental and private institutional clients, and business owners in various industries. My past transactions involved residential, commercial, and multifamily property classes and collectively account for millions of dollars in transaction dollar volume. In essence, if it has to do with real estate chances are I've "been there, done that" many times over and will professionally service your real estate needs as well.
