Electronic Lockboxes

For tracking, reporting, and property security, only electronic lockboxes are used on my listings. These hardened, electronic boxes are only accessible by digital keys and automatically track every instance of being opened. The boxes record the showing agent’s identity, date, and time of access providing a digital paper trail for tracking and reporting of access to your property by other agents.

Showing Time Alerts

I use the Showing Time System on all of my listings. This system automatically verifies that the agent’s real estate license is valid and records their full contact information. The system automatically sends me alerts for every showing request so I can gauge the level of interest of buyer’s agents. The system also sends automated emails to the showing agent requesting valuable feedback after the showing.
